A resident of Arizona since 1991, Patsy Zeitlin moved to the beautiful Sedona area in 2004 and immediately felt she had “come home”. Born and raised in New York state where she and her husband still own an old family cabin, Patsy lived for many years in Illinois then relocated to Vail, Colorado where she became licensed as a real estate broker in 1981. In her years in the Valley of the Sun (Phoenix and Casa Grande areas), Patsy served the real estate community in many capacities including as President of her local Board of Realtors.
One of her theories on why Sedona makes the ideal place to live is that it takes a certain rare kind of personality to move to a resort community, where you find great people who all share a ‘love of the mountains’. Sedona is the ideal place for explore a multitude of facets: from hiking, fly-fishing, and other fun outdoor adventures to the arts and culture offered by this highly diverse community.
Patsy has a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise in buying and selling homes in Sedona, investing in Sedona, and other real estate related subjects. She is well equipped at understanding the constantly changing market dynamics and evolving consumer behavior.
